Reporting to the Managing Director, key accomplishments include: • Engagement Manager for the ten-year transformation of a financially stressed Integrated Delivery Network in the Northeast. Complex scope of services including outsourced Supply Chain Services of 70 FTE, implementation of multiple technologies, standing up Applied Sciences research studies, and driving savings in supplies, purchased services, pharmacy, and group purchasing. Achieved all contracted milestones on time and on budget and exceeded saving targets through the first 20 months which culminated in receiving the Prestigious Premier Values Award.• Leader of a $55m margin improvement initiative at a ten hospital Integrated Delivery Network in the Northeast. Executing savings initiatives in supplies and purchased services, the team achieved 20% above the goal at the halfway point of the engagement resulting in a one-year contract extension.• Responsible for all federal sales pursuits to government agencies such as VA, DoD, DLA, DHA, CMS, and FDA. Create RFP responses collaborating with other Premier Business Units, form Teaming Agreements with Prime Vendors, and deliver proposals and presentations to the prospective agency.
