Allen, along with his law partner, Jeff Roth, provides, at locations throughout the U.S. and via the world wide web, and as a part of the IPC\'s EMS Program Management Training & (CEPM) Certification course, industry-wide training on \"Special Contract Issues within the EMS Industry.\"Additionally, and in collaboration with the IPC EMS Management Council Steering committee, Allen, along with colleagues Jeff Roth and Ryan Blount, updated the IPC Sample Master Ordering Agreement for EMS Companies and OEM\'s. The model contract document covers definitions, terms, termination, ordering, forecasts, shipment and delivery, pricing, other costs, new products, invoicing, cost savings, environmental laws, export controls, conflict minerals, and product warranties and disclaimers, and is available for purchase from the IPC.Allen, and his partner Jeff Roth, also developed, and have presented on multiple occasions at the annual IPC APEX EXPO, other training courses, including, most recently the \"Customer Contract and Legal Boot Camp for Engineering Professionals\" and a special session for the EMS Management Counsel entitled \"Cybersecurity and CMMC - Basics vs. Best Fit\" at IPC APEX EXPO 2023 in San Diego, California.
