ABOUT ALLEN WOOLLEY

I am a partner in Locke Lord’s litigation department and handle a wide variety of complex ‎commercial, bankruptcy, environmental, employment, and product liability matters in both state ‎and federal courts. I publish and speak on commercial litigation issues, international terrorism ‎cases, and multiemployer pension plan withdrawal liability. I have been recognized as a ‎‎“Leading Lawyer” in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Class Action/Mass Tort Defense Law, ‎Toxic Torts Defense Law, and Products Liability Defense Law. ‎ Over the course of my career, I have litigated and tried high-profile cases in both state and federal courts and have acted as lead counsel on a broad range of litigation matters, appeals and arbitrations.
