The Director of Sales – Away From Home (West) is responsible for leading the AFH (Away From Home) sales strategy and execution across the Western U.S. region. This position is set to drive growth by managing key distributor and operator relationships, leading a team of regional sales managers, and delivering on sales targets across Education, Office buildings, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, Building Service Contractors and other non-retail channels.This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with a deep understanding of the AFH landscape and a proven ability to build high-performing sales teams, penetrate complex channels, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
