Supervise 2 direct reports.Key achievements- Conceptualized, developed, and implemented a project management system to enable 6 enterprises to efficiently communicate, manage risk, support program learning and process improvement, and deliver a $255 million program dedicated to driving public health data modernization among state, territorial, local, and tribal health departments- Planned and facilitated an in-person meeting of 40+ individuals - including funders and technical experts across federal agencies, national organizations, and private sector enterprises - to build consensus around vision, strategy, and clear next steps to enable delivery of $25 million in program funds to support sovereign Tribal Nations\' public health data modernization initiatives- Conceptualized, developed, and implemented a system to manage technical assistance provision to 30+ state, territorial, and local public health agencies. This includes obtaining buy-in from individual contributors and senior leadership across 6 different organizations through multiple demos and pitch decks- Led the development of complex, yet clear, processes and standard operating procedures to enable efficient contract execution and delivery of ~$10 million in subawards across 14 state, territorial, and local health agencies to support public health data modernization initiatives.
