I’m Allen Pandey, a Computer Science graduate from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, currently working at Grip Invest in the fintech space, where finance meets execution and technology.Working closely with investment, operations, and tech teams has developed my strong interest in bond markets and fixed income. Being part of this ecosystem made me curious about what really powers liquidity, transactions, and capital flow behind the scenes.Over time, I’ve realised I don’t just enjoy executing processes - I enjoy improving them. I am deeply inclined toward automation and AI, constantly looking for ways to reduce manual effort, remove friction, and make workflows smarter.I actively integrate AI tools into my daily work to streamline tasks, enhance clarity, and increase team productivity.
