I am blessed to have developed a strong clinical and leadership background with over 28 years of Administrative and Critical Care Nursing experience including over 15 years of combined Executive Nursing Leadership and Directorship of multiple complex departments/service line. One of my greatest strengths include transforming cultures by genuinely connecting with people which leads to building and energizing motivated and empowered teams that accomplish amazing outcomes together!
