About Allen Kraut
I have a long history of doing organizational and engagement surveys, in IBM and in other firms for whom I have consulted. I put out two well-received books on conducting and using surveys, and I have helped organizations to build long-term survey strategies and use the data to solve HRM issues. As a faculty member, I have taught Organizational Survey Research, HRM, Leadership and Managerial Skills, and Organization Development and Change. Many of these areas are covered in my consulting practice.
