Graduation from West Point in 1977 with a Bachelors of Engineering-Nuclear Physics degree. Served continuously on Active Duty in successively higher positions of responsibility; earning a Masters Degree in Science from USC, California, in Systems Management and Computer Science (MSSM). Various military leadership schools, selected to attend U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, PA; retiring as a senior Pentagon (G-4) Logistics Officer with a VA combat-related discharge. Awarded Presidential Legion of Merit upon retirement in April 2002. As military commander served in judicial capacity administering UCMJ-Uniform Code of Military Justice over my active duty career. This required similar skills comparable to civilian County Judge, District Justice, Divorce Master and various federal and state administrative judicial boards and courts. Former Top Secret clearance from DOD.
