Allen graduated from the University of South Australia at the end of 2014 with a degree of Civil & Structural Engineering (First Class Honours). A chartered civil engineer with involvement in both small and large-scale projects in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne and internationally. Diverse experience gained predominantly in the transport sector in various stages such as concept, tender, detailed design on the delivery and project management aspects. Allen has gained experience in both managing and delivering infrastructure projects to DIT, VicRoads (DoT) and TfNSW standards typically as part of the Highways Team. Experience has also been gained working on Rail projects within Victoria as part of the Level Crossing Removal Program for the Western Program Alliance and Suburban Rail Loop for the Suburban Rail Loop Authority.Allen has also gained international experience working and leading on major National Highways schemes in the UK.
