I’m a mission-driven emergency management leader with deep expertise in CBRN response, policy analysis, and continuity planning—serving both federal missions and private-sector resilience needs.At Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTF-CS), I work as a Policy Analyst helping shape national-level strategies for chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) incident response. As a military veteran with over a decade of operational and homeland security experience, I understand what effective crisis leadership requires.Through my company, AJ Edwards Consulting, I deliver Emergency Management as a Service (EMaaS)—a digital, scalable safety and continuity platform for private schools, nonprofits, and mission-driven businesses. We specialize in trauma-informed tabletop exercises, digital Emergency Operations Plans (EOPs), and crisis readiness training for institutions without dedicated safety teams.
