ABOUT ALLEN BURRELL

I had an exciting and extensive 26 year career in the U.S. Navy as a senior intelligence analyst and program manager, conducting multi-disciplined all source intelligence analysis in high stress and diverse environments and leading sailors through dynamic leadership. Currently responsible for maintaining, updating and the issuance of tactical/technical Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) equipment/software for use by Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Group EIGHT, Special Reconnaissance Team (SRT) ONE, and Mission Support Center personnel, utilized for training and operational deployments in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Deployed to Afghanistan for 15 months as an ISR Collection Manager/Senior Intelligence Analyst. Proficient in all facets of the intelligence discipline including collections, targeting, all-source fusion analysis and dissemination. Extremely knowledgeable in the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze and Disseminate (F3EAD) process and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Very proficient in all-source, multiple disciplined intelligence analysis, with a special focus on Naval Special Warfare/ground analysis, Geopolitical analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT analysis, C4ISR collection and analysis, imagery analysis and operational planning. My vast experience and outstanding personal attributes make me an excellent potential asset. As a critical thinker, I am comfortable taking initiative, making rapid assessments under pressure and offering sound solutions to complex problems with the ability to work in either a team environment or a self-reliant position.
