Designed and executed automation solutions that reduced ERP deployment costs from $2.1M to $685K per site, delivering $27M+ in total savings; lobbied for $1M in R&D funding to modernize the ERP to ensure secure data solutions across fulfillment operations. Established fulfillment operations in the UK with the largest lottery retailer network of designed and implemented an automated solution to speed product fulfillment with minimal staff during this successful launch. As a result of my team\'s experience and our solutions, we launched the fulfillment portion of our contract earlier, generating an additional $20M in revenue for the company while driving sales at retail. Achieved 40% YoY sales growth in the first year in Illinois, increasing scratch ticket revenue from $1.2B to $1.7B, through innovative marketing techniques, supply chain transformation, and product positioning.
