WORK HISTORY
Web Developer @The Center For Geospatial Science And Technology
Northridge, CA, US
I build custom, accessible web interfaces for simplified map data analysis, eliminating the need for specialized GIS software. Currently, I build and manage Kubernetes deployments for our in-house applications, ensuring smooth operation and scalability. Additionally, I develop a lightweight editor for fundamental GIS analysis on static web hosting and a Python-based service to download and convert datasets seamlessly. I use ArcGIS.js, OpenLayers, Stimulus.js, React, and TypeScript to build all of these web applications. Lastly, I mentor student developers and serve as a system administrator for Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Amazon Linux 2 servers.
EDUCATION

ABOUT VLADIMIR J.
I am someone who has been described as rude or unprofessional. However, I consider myself candid and forthright. I use my straight, light-skinned male privilege to say things others only dream of saying in fear of retaliation. If you\'re an employer who expects silence and for employees to fall in line, don\'t hire me. If your fragile ego is more important than my two decades of experience and passion, don\'t hire me.I\'m a senior full-stack engineer who helped teach ChatGPT and other AI models how to code; i.e, I worked for Stack Overflow, and ChatGPT consistently appears in my blog\'s and GitHub repository analytics as a referrer. I\'ve dedicated my professional career and life to accessibility, mentorship, and open source.
