Assists service coordinators with development of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)-Provides Special Instruction Part C services as defined on the IFSP-Uses a coaching style of interaction with primary care givers within the child’s natural environment (home and community settings)-Collaborates and supports primary care givers in creating individualized intervention plans by embedding evidence based practices to promote overall development of pre-academic skills in the areas of gross motor, fine motor, social-emotional, social communication, cognitive, and adaptive within daily routines-Collaborates with members of the transdisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Service Coordinators and other early intervention providers-Acts as a liaison between early intervention providers and health professionals to ensure continuity in plan of care for all children-Conducts infant and toddler assessments (Bayley) to determine eligibility -Assists Service Coordinators in transitioning children from Part C to Part B 619 services-Conducts ongoing evaluation of children’s development using the Assessment and Evaluation Programming System (AEPS)-Supervises students of The Ohio State University receiving field experience-Designs and provides in-service and pre-service training for early childhood teachers and early intervention providers
