Vice President of Creative at IMC since 2022, Allegra Flores (she/her) spearheads the in-house Creative Team. Her focus spans a comprehensive spectrum of creative functions, including Brand Development and Experiences through visual solutions and strategic storytelling.Allegra\'s distinctive approach to design, grounded in a core foundation of visual arts, is characterized by a close understanding of composition and a celebration of artistry and craft. Her career trajectory includes cultivating expertise in Interior and Brand Identity Design through her own practice, as well as working in Publishing, Hospitality Design, and Broadcast Design. This multidisciplinary journey has culminated in a unique approach to Experiential Design and Brand Marketing, positioning her as a leader in driving IMC’s studio\'s strategic development and growth.Allegra is a visionary designer and culture shaper whose work lives at the intersection of creativity, craft, and connection. With over 15 years in the design and event world, she brings an integrated approach to every project she touches.
