ABOUT ALLEGRA BARONI
Highly accomplished and results-oriented Store Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing operations at the Scotch & Soda Flagship Store on Carnaby Street, London. I am an extremely dedicated individual with a huge passion for delivering an excellent customer experience to all. I have great energy and find that this creates a positive vibe in store for both my colleagues and the clients, as I am optimistic, strongly self-motivated and a catalyst. Building strong working relationships is a core value of mine and I work hard to maintain and foster all professional relationships. I ensure that I am leading by example at all times & when training and inducting new employees into the business, that these employees are equipped with these values and ethics too.A few career achievements include supporting the opening of new store locations across London (Diesel CDY, S&S Spitalfields, S&S Carnaby), thrivingly supporting the induction of new store employees within their first three months of joining, successfully managing new stores within their first trading months, andsupporting other locations with store training and development. Particularly with a focus on product knowledge – this is key to an amazing experience for clients on their shopping journey!Mentoring, inspiring and motivating the team to maintain optimistic and positive vibes at all times, and ensuring customer service is delivered to exceed customers’ expectations is my main focus on a daily basis. Strongly taking into consideration the store goals, I am leading the team to meet the Targets by managing each employee\'s sales performance in order to persistently achieve personal and overall store sales objectives- as a result, in February 2023 my store was ranked as the 1st performing store in Europe, exceeding each sales and KPI’s targets.Additionally, when joining the Diesel London Covent Garden Flagship store in 2019, I delivered a 45% contribution to the total sales turnover of the store that year, supporting the overall business objectives and achieving every single sales & KPI target that I was set as an individual, being awarded for representing the best seller for the UK region 13 months in a row. This led to having the opportunity for a prompt career progression, as I always strive to deliver great results whilst passionately thriving for development. Finally, I’ve completed my degree in Business Management and Tourism in November 2024, successfully receiving a First Class Honours- I’ve gained great theoretical skills in parallel with my practical managerial roles.
