Develop and maintain detailed SKU-level demand forecasts by customer to support production planning, leveraging historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and customer-specific demand drivers. Deliver monthly forecast updates to proactively capture demand shifts and align production plans across shelf-stable and frozen portfolios. Analyze forecast accuracy, trend shifts, promotional lifts, and in-market performance to generate actionable insights and drive continuous forecast improvement. Review and analyze retailer purchase orders to track monthly sales pacing versus forecast, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions. Utilize Netstock demand planning software to build and maintain forecasts, incorporating historical data, seasonality, and promotional activity to support inventory optimization and supply planning.
