Operations & Maintenance*- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential or commercial properties - Ensure timely maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)- Conduct regular property inspections and audits *2. Vendor & AMC Management*- Manage service contracts and AMCs (housekeeping, pest control, lifts, DG, etc.)- Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence *3. Budgeting & Cost Control*- Prepare and manage facility budgets - Track expenses and suggest cost optimization measures *6. Staff Management*- Supervise housekeeping, technicians, and support staff - Schedule duty rosters and ensure discipline and performance - Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports (checklists, complaints, incidents)- Report to senior management or RWA/society committee *7.
