As the Chief Executive Officer of DataKinetics, Allan Zander is responsible for the company’s business growth, and our strategy to diversify our business that focuses in the areas of data optimization, rules based processing, and performance oriented computing. In all of our companies he helps by providing leadership while striking a balance between strategic and tactical outcomes. Furthermore, he finds key global business partnerships for technology, but primarily for geographic revenue expansion, focusing on both organic and inorganic growth strategies. He also- Liaises with board members and future investors- Assists in the development of key working budgets - Ensures the company and management team are known globally for their high performance - Removes any roadblocks that could potentially affect the performance of the DataKinetics team- Works with key and strategic customers so that they are comfortable doing business with DataKinetics- Adjusts plans across the entire organization as required to stay on growth target plans- Mentors start-ups through strategic investment- Develops and fosters our inorganic and organic plans within our portfolio of companies that includes omNovos and Les Fougeres. DataKinetics is very focused in our core business of performance and optimization. Having grown from over 45 years within the banking and finance sectors providing our products and services to many of the largest financial institutions in the world we have set broadened our horizons to bring our same unique flair which includes our background, technology, culture and innovation to the hospitality markets where we assist with the guest experience.
