I work at the intersection of performance, leadership capability and inclusion. Applying this focus to my work over the past five years, I have progressed from EDI specialist to senior delivery lead within complex, regulated environments.My work focuses on translating strategy into measurable outcomes - designing leadership capability frameworks, strengthening accountability through governance and reporting, and using workforce insight to drive practical, sustainable change.I currently lead delivery of the inclusion strands of a cross-organisational Inclusion & Wellbeing Strategy within a 1,300+ person public body, advising Directors and senior leaders on culture, representation, workforce risk and inclusive performance.Previously, as a Senior Consultant, I led large-scale, multi-workstream reviews across public sector and infrastructure organisations, advising executive teams and shaping governance, KPIs and leadership accountability frameworks.I’m particularly interested in how performance, leadership and inclusion intersect to build long-term organisational capability - not as parallel agendas, but as one system.
