Senior Conferencing Engineer and Zoom Phone and Meetings Administrator across the entire organization of users. I am responsible for the installation architecture to ITAP standards, the initial deployment and ongoing upgrades, management, and troubleshooting all high-level technical resolutions for any Zoom platform issues. I have designed and implemented SSO and advanced SAML mapping with PingID to give 2 Factor authentication and Automated the Zoom account setup for new users. I am currently responsible for all Zoom app integration including Marketo, Cornerstone and 10 to 8 (appointment booking) and have planned and executed the integration of Zoom with O365 calendar for all users.
