Selected from approximately applicants nationwide to join the national teacher corps of recent college graduates and professionals who commit two years to teach in under-resourced public schools- Participate in an intensive summer training program to develop the skills and knowledge needed to lead rigorous, supportive, and inclusive classrooms, including instructional design, trauma-informed practice, and social-emotional learning, as well as supervised summer school teaching. Engage in professional development, including DEI seminars, discussion groups, coaching sessions, readings, and content-specific learning.
