   As the leading provider of auto remarketing solutions, Manheim delivers the world\'s largest wholesale marketplace with expanded channels, digital solutions, and end-to-end services to improve business efficiencies and speed up time to retail. I initially worked at Cox Automotive/Manheim as an independent consultant, invited to provide transformation change services by the VP of Operations Support who was a colleague of mine from Best Buy (where I was employed). Cox Automotive was then in the midst of a major organizational change, and the VP recognized how my experience, skills sets, and philosophies dovetailed with company needs. Because of the powerful impact my work with Manheim had and the contributions I made to company successes, I was then asked to build an entire change capability in the Manheim division and to join the team as senior director.
