Managed the social media channels for the RotoGrinders, Action Network, ScoresAndOdds, FantasyLabs and Vegas Insider sports brands that live under the Better Collective family. This included the content creation for the Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts that covered over 1.8 million total followers across 40+ social accounts.• Grew the engagement and follower counts by promoting RotoGrinders, Action Network, ScoresAndOdd, FantasyLabs and Vegas Insider products and partnerships. Developed engagement by adding value and giving people a reason to follow our social platforms through data nuggets, giveaways, free picks and entertainment.• Managed a team that posted daily social content in the sports betting space, with an emphasis on creating graphics that linked out to partnering sports books.• Helped increase total follower count across all platforms +13% YoY from 1.66MM (July 2024) to 1.87MM (July 2025). A big win was having a major sportsbook become an official sponsor for one of our largest Twitter accounts.• Started the RotoGrinders TikTok account from ground zero and organically grew it to followers within five months. Was able to get three TikTok videos go viral that combined for over 4 million views.• Partnered with the graphic design team to help implement the marketing team’s vision and then promote the final product on social media. In cases when a time-sensitive graphic was needed, my team would create it using Figma, Adobe Photoshop or Canva.• Utilized Sprout Social to track the performance of our accounts, schedule content and provide upper management with third-party reporting.• Helped oversee the RotoGrinders Discord channel as an Admin where I pushed announcements and giveaways while promoting a healthy environment.
