I have 20 years of experience in Federal sector Labor and Employment law. At my current position, I am responsible for overseeing a Labor Relations team of over thirty attorneys and labor relations professionals. I coordinate and implement high-level labor relations strategy, negotiations and implementation of national and service-wide initiatives. I oversee term and mid-term negotiations and supervise the processing and settlement of national-level grievances and unfair labor practice charges.Prior to joining the Federal Government, I was a senior associate at a labor and employment law firm. I represented clients before various Federal courts throughout the country, EEOC, MSPB, FLRA and OFO. As lead counsel, I conducted jury trials, hearings, arbitrations, depositions, draft complaints, discovery, motions, memorandum of law and appellate briefs. I have successfully settled many cases prior to trial or hearing and have extensive experience in client counseling.
