I enjoy Lego, chess, puzzles, Hexic, and Rubik\'s cube. Those mention games/puzzle provides endless possibilities with respect to reaching goals or even help discover new things. I enjoy working at the manufacturing environment probably due to the unpredictable challenges that occurs randomly at any moment. It\'s about knowing my objectives, Hexic chess and Rukix\'s cube helps me from the strategic standpoint (for every action, there is and equal and opposite reaction). Even the best obvious solution may not always be the best option at given moment - timing is part of the equation). My passion is dealing with puzzle/problem proactively. for the following reasons, to meet/deliver my objective to, Customer satisfaction, quality, consistency, continuous improvement or refinement of standard, cost saving, production time reduction and eliminate problem recurrences- Prioritization: Address/resolve issues while delivering enhancement and/or new standard/procedure that can reduce/eliminate adversity to my internal and external customers. I generated procedure/standard/quality checklist for production with focus to FAI, SMT, Press-Fit, Through-Hole/Wave, process assembly. Developed/designed appropriate fixture for production use and etc- Collaborations: I\'ve communicated identified defects related powers observed at the DF site that needed be corrected/eliminated. with the joint effort collaboration with various power suppliers with respect to continuously elevate of their production yields from mid 90% to zero defect (various power supply partners achieved to deliver product for 13+ consecutive weeks without defects). In addition, I\'ve also worked/collaborated with the internal team/s to help address/resolved DFM/DFx issue and regulatory compliance violations- Product Assembly Site Transfer: Assisted program managed the transfer for production assembly from USA to Mexico, US to Asia and also CM (Contract Manufacturing) partners to another CM partners.

   Responsible for high volume high complexity DF production lines for multiple BUs. Quarter over quarter revenue in the ~billion/s. • Consistently maintained the DF production yield in the high 98% to 99.7 percentile. • Created a FAI procedure intended for the Direct Fulfillment sites which translated to Customs/Compliance penalty avoidance and an overall stringent validation checks for validating the accuracy of the documentation, testing, compliance and product quality.• Conducted DRT meetings. Help develop/standardize and semi-automated DRT quality reporting system for FTX DF site - Reduced the time being consumed in the generation of the weekly DRT manual reporting system from up to ~5 hours down to ~30 minutes or less.• Participated in the manufacturing product assembly transfer/relocation programs from US to Mexico.
