My Career in Utility Locating began in 2005. I began working for GeoPoint Surveying in 2019 as a Civil Level SUE 3 Crew Chief. progressing into the role of SUE Manager. Following this I moved into Business Process Improvement where my focus has always been on developing strong customer relationships at all levels. I then moved into the roll of Director focusing on ensuring all levels of SUE and 811 contracts are, without exception, the very best the industry has to offer.Currently, I lead training, development, and QA/QC for SUE and 811 at GeoPoint. My focus is building competent utility locators who work to standard, document accurately, and reduce rework—every day.Today I design and run GeoPoint\'s SUE & Utility Damage Prevention Training programs: classroom instruction, field mentoring, simulator labs (UTTO), and ongoing audits.
