Chief Executive of a PFI SPV that manages over 1.5million m2 of serviced space to the British Army via a 35 year contract. With over 2700 employees and contractors my company provides services in over 1400 separate assets across 5 major sites (Aldershot, Tidworth, Bulford, Larkhill & Warminster). We deliver everything from Victorian churches to state of the art 21st century infrastructure. Aspire were awarded a contract variation in 2016 to deliver over £960m of new space by early 2021. This major construction delivery challenge is managed alongside the ongoing service delivery to a significant element of the British Army. Construction is now complete and fully operational.
