Working with Account Directors to ensure the smooth delivery of New Business and Renewal placements for various UK and Multi-National clients• Dealing with clients whose business activities include- • Global Manufacturer of Carbon & Ceramic products (FTSE 250), • International Construction Company and Support Services (FTSE 250), • Large Mobile Phone Retailer (UK and Europe), • UK Concrete Supplier, • Clay Products Refiner (UK and Europe) and a • Boiler Manufacturer (UK and Europe). • Agreeing a renewal strategy with the client and presenting/broking market submissions • Placing insurance programmes with approved markets including face-to-face broking in order to convey an accurate reflection of the insured’s business and the risk(s) being placed• Coordinating the production of slips and/or endorsements to be agreed by the market• Liaising directly with clients at all level including (Company Secretary, Legal Counsel, Finance Director, Insurance and Risk Managers) and Insurers• Monitoring the issuance of accurate invoices and the prompt payment of the safe, with the assistance of the accounts team• Attending client and underwriting meetings in the UK and abrod as well as site surveys• Ensuring the prompt delivery of accurate policy documents• Managing outstanding matters and completing all tasks within proposed/agreed deadlines• Mentoring and developing junior team members
