ABOUT ALLAN SWEENEY

A Senior Operations and P&Q Manager with extensive technical experience across the Metal, Automotive and Pharmaceutical industries. Notable experience of leading high profile process and technical projects within multinational, multimillion pound organisations inside the parameters of quality, cost, regulatory compliance, safety and environmental impact. Most recently, instrumental as an Operations & Process Manager in launching the worlds’ largest Aluminium recycling facility with a turnover of 800m euro. My involvement in this major project, has resulted in the successful ramp up of the melting and casting centres, the production of high quality end product for the beverage can and automotive industries, and qualification of the plant to our customer base in a reduced time scale.
