Responsible for proposal (major accountability) and quotations (preparation and publication) Provide regular, prompt communication and follow-up with existing and new clientele regarding quotation status and revision requests Work with Operations Staff and Sales Executives while preparing proposals/​quotes to ensure that pricing is realistic and contractual obligations can be met Communicate effectively with clients when determining scope of projects Work with Operations staff to ensure appropriate internal and external project meetings, timelines, issues and commitments are identified addressed and communicated with the client Engage Operations Lab Managers’ technical expertise when necessary, taking part in and organizing conference calls, internal client visits.​ Coordinate and participate in teleconferences and meetings to address internal/​external client questions, concerns or comments Provide program/​project scheduling to the client, meet client committed expected completion dates by ensuring deliverables, timelines and milestones from all contracted services are on track Coordinate information flow and ensure technical information is exchanged appropriately between technical staff and end users Ensure accurate dissemination of information to Operations Teams in handoff meetings Lead project tracking meetings with Operations Managers and Supervisors to ensure testing is on track, discuss study progress and facilitate resolution of issues as they arise Maintain and follow-up on opportunities/​listed tenders utilizing Exova’s CRM program and ensure all data is entered into CRM in an ongoing and timely manner Drive and monitor the billing process for assigned projects through Finance Department and work with Accounts Payable to ensure that all billing has been completed in line with the proposal Follow up with quotations and negotiate agreements that meet Exova’s client objectives
