Allan Nguyen is an AMI 6-12 trainer and an experienced Montessori educator with over 17 years of teaching and training across Europe, Canada, the US, Panama, Africa, and New Caledonia. Originally from Geneva, Switzerland, Allan has held an AMI elementary diploma since 2007 and recently earned his AMI 3-6 diploma.Coming from a background in engineering and management, Allan\'s path took a transformative turn as he embraced Montessori\'s vision of education. He emphasizes the importance of comprehensive adult preparation—going beyond knowledge and practical skills to include the deep spiritual preparation needed to truly guide children.
