I manage a cross‑time‑zone team that supports 65 tier‑1/2 external customers and the internal AI reporting portfolio. My approach is simple: align to strategy, design for self‑service, automate wherever possible, and embed governance from day one.What I’m driving right now:• Digital Workplace Reporting Redesign – replacing a patchwork of legacy dashboards with a streamlined, persona‑tailored suite that tells the full end‑user story and frees the team to focus on insight generation rather than report upkeep.• Data Democratization – building a low‑barrier BI layer so business partners can make decisions from a single source of truth.• AI‑First Analytics – repositioning analytics to start with AI models and narrative engines, with “co‑pilot” tools as the baseline, not the ceiling.• Data Quality & Observability – establishing stewardship councils, pipeline health checks and trust metrics that make data reliability visible and actionable.
