Customer - Centric: This is where my 18 years of work experience revolves around. My first job was talking to customers and solving their IT problems. Technology caught my attention very early, and got stuck on me forever. My education background doesn\'t match up to the job I do today, but I always have this gut feeling about how my education, plus experience has been preparing me for my next role. When it comes to learning something new, I like to deep dive to understand what is required for me, to be my best. I put the customer at the center of all that I do, which has helped me to bridge gaps when it comes to customer satisfaction. I have enjoyed many roles throughout my career in customer contact center, service desk operations, project management office, program management and product management. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: Having Patience- I have learnt a lot with this trait, which has benefited me - personally and professionally- From listening to a customer and providing solution, patience has always helped me- Emotionally I have been through a lot, but patience kept me going. Being Honest- I have seen different ways of handling escalations and I feel being honest is the best way to handle- Building trust within the team and managing them became easy with honesty- Being honest has helped me to speak up. Adapt Anywhere- Be it new process, new people, new leadership - I have seen myself adapting to various changes in my role- It’s the mind set which drives anyone to adapt and mine has always been friendly- This enabled me to switch careers from Operations to Project Management to Product Management. Currently I am working with Dell Technologies with the professional services team and handling consult portfolios. I engage with product managers and program manage the product lifecycle via offer lifecycle process.I am aspiring to be a product manager and honing the skills required while I am working along with them as program manager.
