Experience includes three years as an international expatriate, three different start-up opportunities, establishing a foothold in the US for a large Chinese supplier and current involvement in the on-going dynamics of a continuous flow of acquisitions and the resulting synergy. Well versed in all aspects of corporate infrastructure development and business and manufacturing process development. Most recent experience is focused on digital transformation and the integration of people and tool sets.Current Focus: For the last six years, I have had the unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of a corporate competitive advantage as an individual contributor with executive management support as a digital transformation leader. The biggest challenge is not the tools or technology, but the major cultural shift required to achieve higher productivity and collaboration in an extremely short term driven environment.
