Responsible for Regional Budget, Business Development, Sales, Finance and Operations for Mexico, Central America and Caribbean Region; looking to expand Tech Mahindra’s engagement with current and new customers.• Lead the Digital Transformation Portfolio to support CSP and CME enterprises with the transformation journey of their networks with the Best of Breed Technologies available in the market in order to generate additional revenue streams. • Develop current and new market opportunities, build lateral customer relationship, and develop marketing strategy to introduce new products and services, prepare a pre-sale and post-sale support technical team. • Keep customer satisfaction and create loyalty to become a strategic engineering partner to deploy E2E projects and solutions while keeping up with new technologies such as 3G, 4G, LTE, VoLTE/5G - WIFI/DAS, IOT, SDN/NFV/NFVI, Cloud, MANO, SD-WAN, SON, RF, OSP, Digital Transformation for Tier 1 Wireless Operators, ISP, Cable Companies, Towerco, OEM including all phases: Planing, Design, Engineering, RF, Roll Out, Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance, Carrier Coordination, Core and Network Transformation & Evolution.• Maximized budget savings through profitable contract negotiations with equipment manufacturers, material suppliers, and sub-contractors without compromising quality of service or products.• Prepare local Budgets in coordination with Country Managers, approval of PL and decision maker based on GP and OPC of Projects, focus on EBITDA and KPI.
