With background in Business Administration, Project Management, Master’s Degree in Science, Certificate in Professional Management, and more than 10 years of experience managing projects, business operations, finances and human resources in a variety of enterprises and businesses including laboratories, facilities, mining and construction companies, I am a self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented leader with extensive experience in strategic planning, implementing and evaluating objectives, developing budgets, policies and procedures, scheduling, coordinating tasks, leveling resources and overseeing day-to-day operations of teams and business units. My education and practical knowledge in Business Management makes me focus on optimization of performance, ensuring efficient and productive delivery of results, and reduction of costs of operations while improving quality of deliverables. My success to date has been defined by my dedication, recognized excellence in performance, strict adherence to time management, attention to details, team approach and strong interpersonal skills. I have proven to be a valued resource for addressing operational and financial issues, resolving conflicts in multicultural environment, and encouraging team members to perform at their highest potential for achieving their personal and our common goals.
