Legal Services: • Analyzing your case to identify the strengths and weaknesses; • Preparing briefs, motions, consent orders, separation agreements or other legal documents; • Assisting with the review of voluminous discovery; • Conducting legal research; • Assisting with jury selection and/or trial strategy; • Preparing trial notebooks; • Assisting with any other legal task.
