I have passion for building things that people love, building and growing product teams, and passion for thinking strategically and planning for the future and for winning. I started my career in engineering, moved to product as an IC, then managed PMs, and then managed managers of PM, Engineering and Design. I have true appreciation for every level of how the product is built. I consider myself a non typical tech leader, one that constantly challenges the status quo and knows winning is about execution, but execution of the right ideas and at the right time and that you almost never win by copying.
