Seasoned Human Resources professional currently working at Canvera Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd. With over 1.10 years of experience in the industry, I possess a diverse skillset in Employee Life Cycle Management, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Induction, Training, Employee Engagement & Experience, HR Analytics & Operations, Retention, offboarding, or Separation. As an Executive Human Resources, My primary responsibilities include email drafting for internal communication related to engagement activities or any new launches related to policy and process. She also develops and revises all Human Resources Policies and procedures and handles employee grievances. In addition, I work closely with Marketing for social media branding and am responsible for employer branding. I conduct several employee engagement activities for the employees and have experience in creating email template designs related to any kind of announcement. I also have experience in HR Business Partnering and managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for every department, including Sales & Operations, Marketing, Order Processing Management, Design Services, MIS Executive, Technical Support, Online Support Team, Telesales Team, and Technology, among others. She is well-versed in recruitment end-to-end life cycle VI: Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, referring to the existing internal database, sourcing, screening, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing and Stakeholder and Vendor Management. I work with the stakeholders to understand the requirements for designing the JOB Description accordingly and have hands-on experience in Vendor Management systems for closing the open position at the earliest. My educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Hotel Management from IHM Bhopal and pursuing an MBA in Human Resources & Management from NMIMS Mumbai. I am also skilled in Canva and Spread Sheets. Apart from my professional pursuits, I enjoy traveling and writing quotes. I am always eager to take up new challenges and am currently looking for a challenging opportunity in a fast-paced work environment where my skills can be fully utilized.
