ABOUT ALI ZIRILLE

As part of the SAP Customer Experience vertical, we excel by owning the B2C retail, travel and eCommerce spaces in over 200 countries. Our teams are interactive, cultured and hail from every continent working collaboratively across time zones to support our clients in delivering a seamless and personalized marketing engagement model.My mission is that all marketers we serve can personalize customer interactions easily through all digital channels and that they visually have the tools in our platform to make business-critical decisions and at the end of the day, be a rockstar in their space. Through my past ownership project managing the implementation of brand names such as Titleist, Charbroil, Drybar, and Fabletics amongst many other multi-market brands, I\'ve had the fortunate success in interacting with the smartest of the pack who have crafted their brands to be leaders in the digital eCommerce space. I moved on to leading out Implementations team for over a year accelerating our time-to-value strategies to onboard and optimize the adoption of our technology.I now lead the AMER/LATAM Professional Services team for the Americas and focus on our ability to strategize with customers, onboard and train with an omnichannel intention, and coach our consultants to be experts in digital marketing to provide the best experience for our clients and partners. We provide full-service agency work from concepting, creative, campaign/HTML builds, custom development, adoption consulting, training, solution architecture and implementation and finally, digital marketing strategy services.
