As the front desk/receptionist of a luxury hair salon, I aid stylists in preparing for clients and helping everyone feel comfortable and confident while maintaining a clean, luxurious environment. I assist clients by offering and serving snacks and beverages, including our signature espresso martinis, and scheduling follow-up appointments while making product recommendations and sales. I help management with taking inventory, placing orders, picking up products, and restocking items. I take phone calls, greet visitors, manage our computer system for check-in, check-out, music, calendars, and more, and consult with new clients to help them meet their hair goals.
