ABOUT ALIZA SWAN

If you were to ask anyone to describe me, I guarantee you they would say something similar to outgoing, driven, competitive, persuasive, confident, and a fast learner. The decision to major in Professional Strategic Selling was an easy one. I knew I wanted to go into a field where I could be challenged, competitive, build relationships, and be rewarded monetarily for my hard work. My parents told me they thought sales would be a good fit because I would rarely take no for an answer and could use my charming personality to talk them into about anything. We didn\'t have any pets other than Hermit Crabs when I was a little girl. I really really wanted a cat. My mom likes to tell the story of the day I was able to persuade my dad into getting our cat, Summer. He was working in our garage while I was playing Make Believe. He said,\"Aliza get over and give your dad a kiss.\" I skipped over, leaned in, gave him a big kiss on the cheek, and whispered,\"I sure would like a kitty daddy!\" That day, we started the adoption process for our cat. I have always been passionate about my academics. I take pride in maintaining a 3.9 GPA while being involved in Sales Ambassadors, Union Ambassadors, Collegiate Chorale Choir, and Intramurals. Being involved in a wide variety of activities has allowed me to meet all kinds of different people and make the best memories!I am currently living in Chicago, IL working for Dell Technologies as an Account Executive for our Large Enterprise customers in the Chicago area. Here, I enjoy seeing shows, trying new restaurants, the lake, sporting events, live music and lots of good shopping.
