I currently manage a centralized E-Billing process which combines 30+ US business units across 8 business segments that consist of 250+ customers processing 1900 invoices monthly, averaging $20m in revenue. Improve overall DSO by processing invoices accurately and on time within the necessary requirements. Work directly with multiple credit managers to facilitate customer credit approvals and account set ups. Settle any unapplied cash across multiple ledgers and provide EDI support for customer invoice disputes and resolutions. I am also responsible for training and mentoring associates to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices. Take initiative to create user friendly training manuals using Microsoft Suite.
