Aliza is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) serving clients in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas, and Wisconsin. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve their nutrition goals through a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach. Aliza’s practice focuses on guiding individuals to heal their relationship with food and their bodies, while building personalized, balanced, and sustainable habits to support their long-term health. Aliza’s main areas of expertise include eating disorders, weight management, intuitive eating, perinatal nutrition, and food allergies, restrictions, and intolerances. She currently works at Monte Nido Walden in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), where she supports clients dealing with a variety of eating disorders including, but not limited to, Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). In addition, as a certified food allergy dietitian through FARE, Aliza specializes in helping both pediatric and adult clients navigate managing IgE-mediated and non IgE-mediated food allergies, infant feeding issues, celiac disease, and other dietary restrictions. Her ultimate goal is to empower clients to feel safe, confident, and empowered to prioritize their nutritional needs. Known for her empathetic and attentive approach, Aliza is dedicated to building strong, supportive relationships with her clients.
