1. Founding Director

   Core Torah

   With over three decades of experience in Jewish education, leadership training, and community building, I have devoted my career to strengthening the women who are the pillars of Jewish life: Rebbetzins, educators, mentors, counselors, chesed and nonprofit leaders, and more.I founded Core to build the infrastructure that equips and sustains these women, ensuring their work is recognized, resourced, and lasting.Core’s initiatives are rooted in Torah and tradition and built to be both scalable and sustainable:MMC Fellowship – a 2.5-year program training women as Mashpiot–Mentors–Counselors, integrating Torah hashkafa with clinical counseling skills, to assist women with the vicissitudes of everyday life as well as with a wide variety of issues facing the Jewish community.Communities of Practice – 14 global peer networks for women in roles such as Rebbitzens, kallah teachers, doulas, nonprofit leaders, chevra kadisha, kiruv, education and chesed leadership. Core offers regular professional development to each community as well as in-person meet ups between communities.Core Projects – over 150 grassroots and peer-led initiatives meeting real communal needs.Today, Core supports more than women across 16 countries — and through them, countless families and communities.My driving mission: to set the standard for respecting and strengthening the women who uphold Jewish communities, so they can sustainably deliver their gifts to the Jewish People.
