This cut the time it took to get a loan by more than 63% and increased customers satisfaction.• I work closely with internal teams such as Software Developers, Automation Engineers, Solution Architects, finance Operation teams, legal, Risk and operations teams to ensure the business objectives are aligned with the needed capabilities. This collaboration ensures we consistently meet the stakeholders’ expectations.• I organize Agile methodologies, both scrum and Kanban styled sprint, stand up sessions, for multiple sprint teams, clients, stakeholders, giving prompt delivery of project milestones and ensuring compliance with project timelines and user stories, delivering high accuracy and alignment with business demands.• Work alongside stakeholders from several departments to collect and go over the requirements for various projects, ensuring key functional and non-functional requirements are obtained, confirmed, and interpreted into feasible user stories. This ensures a reduction in project delivery time by 25% due to clear and concise documentation.
