I lead four master‑data teams: Financial Instruments & Third Parties, ESG Data, Back‑to‑Front integration and Master Data Project & Expertise. I ensure high‑quality data to power the PMS and support commercial delivery for the Alto platform and DaaS offers.Financial Instruments & Third Parties Scope: securities reference data, market‑data integration and issuer/entity master. Responsibilities: manage the lifecycle of listed instruments; integrate market data from best‑in‑class vendors; run data calculation and transformation; define rules, monitoring, reconciliation and remediation for reference and market data; manage issuers, entity hierarchies, LEI mapping, capital structure and ownership resolution.ESG Data Scope: ESG raw feeds, scores, carbon and transition metrics, internal models. Responsibilities: integrate and validate ESG vendor data; implement controls and quality checks; compute internal ESG rating calculations, transition scoring and carbon data.Back‑to‑Front Inventories Integration Scope: ingestion and transformation of external inventories into PMS‑ready funds. Responsibilities: design pipelines to map accounting inventories into PMS conventions and front‑office formats; reconcile with securities master and ensure OTC completeness; publish inventories into PMS for risk, reporting and portfolio management.Master Data Project & Expertise (Alto & DaaS) Scope: cross‑domain projects, platform expertise, vendor selection and commercial enablement. Responsibilities: lead complex transformations and standards harmonization; support Alto and DaaS sales cycle (RFPs, pre‑sales briefs, demos, implementation scoping, post‑sale support); define reusable best practices.Cross‑team duties: lead and grow the teams that deliver enterprise data quality frameworks; define ETL/ELT and data platform strategy; recruit, mentor and develop talent, set objectives and performance metrics, and ensure teams are organized to deliver operational excellence.
