About Aliyah Gonzalez
I am a currently a fourth year student at the University of Central Florida majoring in Health Sciences with a Pre-Clinical Track. Upon the completion of my Bachelor’s degree, I plan on pursuing an Accelerated Nursing Program and then a Graduate Nurse Practitioner Program. I’ve been quite fortunate enough to shadow a General Surgeon and a Gastroenterologist physician, where I attended clinicals and observed surgeries. I’ve also had the honor to serve as an intern at the Conductive Education Center of Orlando, where I cared for individuals with Cerebral Palsy. I earned my certification as a Biotechnician Assistant with the University of Florida, which taught me many laboratory techniques. This certificate and expertise sparked and helped me earn an opportunity as a research assistant in a Biomedical Lab. I’m looking forward to connecting with you all!
